Phil Pirkle is an expert on the people side of the balance sheet.
With more than 40 years of executive-level experience, the proverbial “been there, done that” holds true. From start-up to shut down, through rapid growth or sudden downsizing and on both sides of merger and acquisition, if it can happen to an organization, Phil has experienced it.
Phil is truly a coach at heart. A state champion high school football coach, later a banker and business consultant, Phil’s role as the Executive Vice President for Talent Management at United Supermarkets, LLC is where he led the people side of a large retail company with more than 18,000 team members.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Baylor University, a Masters of Education degree in Counseling and Psychology from Central Oklahoma State, a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University, and a Master of Arts degree in global leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.
In addition, Phil has received a Certificate of Executive Coaching from the University of Texas Dallas and Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
He is a master facilitator for strategic planning groups, team building, and integration of corporate culture
